1. What is the order procedure?
1. Select the item you wish to purchase. Input the color and size information, click “add to chart” button, click “check out” button and pay online. If you want to discuss with us color, size, material and requirements etc. before placing the order, please feel free to contact us at sales@foryoudresses.com, MSN or Skype.
2. Once you make the order, we will send you an order form with all your details, such as name, address, dress detailed requirements, shipping date etc. for your confirmation. Once you confirmed, order can not be altered. The confirmation is required by email or fax. It is very important you will leave us a valid email address so that we can keep in touch with you.
3. Production will be arranged as soon as we receive your payment. We will keep you informed of the production updates at different points. Usually it will take us 20 to 30 days to make your dress.
4. When the dresses are ready, we will send you photos of finished items. Shipment will be arranged once we receive your authorization.
5. An Express tracking number will be sent to you once we have delivered the dress to you so that you can track the delivery status.
2. How do I pay? 1. Via Paypal Select Paypal as your payment option and the website system will direct you to Paypal official webpage where you can log in with your account and make payment.
 2. Via Credit Card You can pay with credit card through Paypal without creating an Paypal account. Firstly you select Paypal as payment option, and then our website will direct you to Paypal official webpage where there is a window for people to pay by credit card.
 3. Via Western Union You can visit your nearest Western Union office and simply fill out the Western Union Money Transfer Form. Please email us for the Beneficiary's information. To know more about Western Union, you can visit their official website www.westernunion.com.

3. What is the return policy? Our dresses have very good quality. We are a factory and we have been in this industry for almost ten years. We directly control the quality. Material is the best and workmanship is the most delicate. However, once the order is confirmed, it is final and can not be cancelled or modified. so please be sure of the style, size, color, material and any other specifications before submitting your order. Please read our SIZE CHART while ordering.
We do not accept returns on specially ordered gowns such as hollow to hem gowns, special measurement gowns or custom made gowns.
We do not accept returns on Veils, Gloves, Bridesmaid Dresses, Flowergirl Dresses, Accessories, Prom dresses, Quinceanera dresses.
Due to the special nature of our merchandise, we can not accomodate any exchanges under any circustances. Because we do not stock dresses in order to make sure all dresses are the latest and brand new.
We do accept returns on bridal dresses that is damaged or defective. All returns must be within 3 days after the shipment was dropped off from the carrier. We must receive the return within 7 days after we confirm the return. So if you find any big problem with the bridal dress, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@foryoudresses.com.
In order that your return is accepted, please follow the following steps:
1. Contact our aftersales department before you return them. Explain why you want to return the dress. Send pictures of damaged or defective parts of dresses.
2. The dress should be clean, brand new and in unworn condition.
3. Please make sure the return should be within 3 days after the dress was dropped off from carrier, and we must receive the return within 7 days after we confirm the return.
4. Once we receive your return dress in 7 days, we will refund money to you. No re-stocking fee will be charged. However, the return shipping cost is for account of customers.
